
Ingredients:
Young coconut
Cup of whole milk
Cup of heavy cream
3 tbsp. of milk powder
4 tbsp. of condensed milk
Pinch of salt
Quarter cup of sugared coconut
Cup of sugar
Steps:
Step1: Start by cracking a young coconut and take out the coconut meat. Take out the coconut water in a bowl because we will be using it later. Also take of the brown peel on the coconut meat.
Step2: Heat up a pot and pour a cup of whole milk, cup of heavy cream, 3 tbsp. of milk powder, 4tbsp. of condensed milk, pinch of salt, quarter cup of sugared coconut and a cup of sugar and the coconut meat and water.
Step3: Pour you mixture in a blender and blend well.
Step 4: pour the mixture in any mould you wish and freeze over night.
