
PERTH: Argenica Therapeutics Limited (ASX: AGN), a biotechnology company developing novel therapeutics to reduce brain tissue death after stroke, provided an update on its Board composition as the Company moves heads into its Phase 1 clinical trial. Today Dr Liz Dallimore, Argenica’s CEO has been appointed to the Board of the Company as Managing Director.
Dr Liz Dallimore has built significant shareholder value in AGN since listing in June 2021. Dr Dallimore has extensive experience in research and development, innovation, and management and is a welcome addition to the Board.
Argenica also welcomes Dr Meghan Thomas who commences with the company today as Head of Clinical Development. Dr Thomas will oversee Argenica’s clinical trial programmes, including the upcoming Phase 1 clinical trial of ARG-007.

In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.16.4 the Company advises of the following material variation to the terms of engagement of Dr Liz Dallimore as a result of the appointment. Dr Liz Dallimore’s Base Salary excluding superannuation will increase to $250,000 per annum from $220,000 per annum.
