OSLO: AKVA Group announce that an agreement has been made with SinkabergHansen AS regarding the sale of the shares in Atlantis Subsea Farming AS (ASF).
In 2018 Atlantis Subsea Farming was assigned a development license from the Directorate of Fisheries. The Directorate of Fisheries has now decided that the development license can be converted to an ordinary operating licence.
AKVA owns 33.33% of the shares in ASF and the estimated profit will be NOK 35 million from the sale of the shares. As a part of the transaction AKVA will become the owner of the technology that has been developed in ASF.
